Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assure timely and accurate invoicing;
• Be the main contact for AR related matters;
• Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly;
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and escalate as appropriate;
• Documenting and updating work procedures;
• Maintain customer files;
• Assist with month-end closing and monthly AR reports, reconciliations;

Skills and Capabilities

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Desire to learn, grow and be a great team player;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Essential Skills
• Ability to accurately process numerical data;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English;
