TLDR
Lead end-to-end on-air promo creation with Tamil flair across the network, delivering fresh concepts on time.
- Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content across the Star Vijay network
- Ensure promos deliver fresh creative perspectives and consistently stay ahead of the competition
- Infuse local flavor and Tamil cultural sensibilities into campaigns to ensure relevance and audience connect.
- Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel’s philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful briefs and campaign ideas that maximize engagement.
- Strategize and generate creative promo concepts to keep audiences excited and anticipating episodes.
- Define and execute the channel’s visual identity through packaging and graphical elements.
- Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver region-specific campaigns tailored for local audiences
- Produce showreels, AVs, and flash presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders
- Foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team, providing leadership and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics functions
