Job Description

SS&C Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Associate to contribute to our dynamic team, supporting various project management initiatives and new client on boardings. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:**

  Support new client onboardings, product implementations, conversions, upgrades, and process-improvement initiatives.

  Assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements and business workflows.

  Support system configuration and customization under the guidance of experienced team members.

  Assist with data collection, validation, mapping, and conversion activities.

  Prepare and maintain project plans, status updates, meeting notes, process documentation, and other project materials.

  Participate in system and user-acceptance testing, document results, and track identified issues through resolution.

  Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather information, provide updates, and address questions.

  Coordinate with functional partners, including product, sales, operations, application analysis, and development teams.

  Assist with the preparation and delivery of client training, educational materials, and product demonstrations.

  Support solution deployment and provide transitional post-implementation assistance.

  Monitor assigned tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies and provide timely updates to project leads.

  Identify, document, and escalate potential issues or risks in a timely manner.

  Perform research and analysis to support problem-solving and recommended solutions.

  Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

  Support senior team members with ad-hoc projects and other business initiatives.

  Develop working knowledge of the company’s products, services, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices.

* Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
* Familiarity with financial instruments and investment terminology is a plus.
