MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE: 

Responsible for taking orders correctly and delivered in a timely manner. You will also be the heart of our restaurant's front-of-house operation and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a warm, friendly, and enjoyable dining experience. Preparation of a variety of drinks and cocktails consistently at a high quality. Assure great customer engagement by being enthusiastic and assisting them in decision-making. Also, ensure that they are having a great time and experience, and take corrective actions when necessary. Perform regular cleaning activities to meet the highest sanitary standards and workplace hygiene.

  • Greeting guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner
  • Implementing alcohol awareness; knowing when to stop serving customers, checking for identification as to not serve minors, keeping an eye on customers, and thinking ahead regarding their level of intoxication and alcohol consumption.
  • Informing guests about special items and menu changes/availability
  • Assisting guests with recommendations, taking into consideration their preferences and our most profitable items
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently,the  and present the bill and process payments in a timely and courteous manner
  • Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and meet guest expectations
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
  • Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
  • Correct and consistent quality in preparation of drinks
  • Checking with customers to make sure they are enjoying their drinks and taking appropriate action to correct any problems
  • Maintain a consistent and excellent standard of cleanliness in all aspects of the bar
  • Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate, following restaurant guidelines.
  • Performing regular control and maintenance of items for smooth operation
  • Maintain and replenish stock levels by placing timely orders
  • Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
  • Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints
  • Attend all scheduled training and development sessions
  • Follow and apply procedures, lessons, and information learned during training
