We are looking for a Big Data Analyst to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.What you will be doing?
- Conducting cross-sectional data analysis to generate strategic insights and tailored reports for various business units
- Collaborating on creating unified, reliable data repositories to ensure consistent and accurate data
- Developing engaging interactive dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes
- Executing data management tasks, including cataloging and monitoring to uphold data integrity and compliance
- Developing algorithms for data validation to automate error detection and correction
- Analyzing data characteristics for quality issues and improvement opportunities
- Documenting and visualizing data lineage to promote transparency and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the implementation and enhancement of reporting tools and data management systems
- Sharing technical knowledge on reporting and dashboard tools to facilitate skill development across teams
Skills you should have
- Experience in data analysis, big data technologies, or a related field, with a proven track record of handling complex data projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL programming. Extensive experience with Google BigQuery, data visualization tools like Looker Studio or similar, and data management best practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Google or Microsoft)
- Experience in designing and optimizing data management processes
- Ability to generate strategic insights from data and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of Python or R is preferred
