The role

As a BMS Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge building automation systems. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals while developing your technical skills across commissioning, servicing, and system optimisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or junior technicians looking to build a strong foundation in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC technologies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with servicing, preventative maintenance, and commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems

  • Support software configuration, testing, calibration, and basic programming

  • Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

  • Help ensure all site work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and project coordination

  • Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and ongoing training

  • Provide support to customers and internal teams when required

What we’re looking for

  • A qualification (or working towards) in HVAC, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field

  • Interest or foundational knowledge in Building Management Systems or HVAC

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, systems, or programming exposure is a plus)

  • A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work
