Business Development Manager

Freelance part-time/full-time sales - Create sales success in your local area. Work as per your own convenience along with your current job to earn more. 

As a Freelance salesperson, you must be positive, confident, outgoing and able to work independently and in a structured manner. You need to create strong relationships with confidence and presence and get Home Owners to rent their beautiful holiday homes with us. You will receive an attractive fixed fee as per the signed contract along with a bonus scheme. The bonus payout amount increases as you bring in more homes in a year. You thus decide your annual salary. In addition, we cover job-related expenses for transport, internet and phone.

This role doesn’t require you to quit your current job to be a part of this amazing team. You get to manage your day and working hours.

The work consists of seeking out and receiving relevant leads, inspecting the holiday home, negotiating and drawing up an agreement with the holiday homeowner, along with collecting details of amenities and taking quality photographs of the space. You will play a crucial role in signing the contracts with the homeowners for us.

What we are looking for:

·         To hire someone who understands customer needs and is ready for new challenges.

·         Experience in retail would be an added advantage.

·         You would possess good communication skills.

·         You must be proficient in the local language.
