The role
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is naturally curious and loves turning data into real, practical insights.
You’ll help us understand how customers use our product and where the opportunities are. You’ll support the business by using data to answer questions, uncover insights, and guide decision-making, making data easier to work with every day.
This role combines hands-on analysis with maintaining our data environment, helping ensure teams have reliable data and clear visibility into performance. We are looking for someone curious, proactive, and who has a drive to turn data into practical outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Explore product and customer data to uncover insights that influence decisions
- Partner with teams across the business to answer questions, help them understand their data needs, and guide priorities
- Build dashboards and reports that enable team to self-serve and make informed decisions
- Write SQL to dig into data and make sense of it
- Help keep our data accurate, reliable, and easy to work with
- Support our data warehouse and pipelines so everything runs smoothly
- Use tools (including AI) to work faster and uncover better insights
- Help build a strong data culture by making data more accessible and understandable
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a BI, data analyst, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with relational databases
- Experience with BI / dashboard tools (e.g. Holistics, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
- Understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes
- Familiarity with working in a cloud data warehouse environment (e.g. Snowflake is a plus)
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and a strong communicator who can translate data for non-technical audience
- Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis and uncover insights faster
