The "Passive" type—accustomed to waiting for instructions, lacking initiative and the drive to push things forward;
The "Complainer"—identifies problems without proactively proposing solutions;
The "Inconsistent" type—enthusiastic during the interview but lacking action and accountability after joining.
Our interview process is thorough and may take some time. We provide meals during the interview; for candidates traveling from out of town, accommodation and travel expense reimbursements can be arranged based on individual circumstances.
