ChurnZero & CX Operations Administrator
TLDR
Build scalable ChurnZero workflows, onboarding playbooks, escalation paths, and proactive customer outreach frameworks for CX Operations.
- Serve as a hands-on ChurnZero administrator, supporting the platform and related CX Operations initiatives - Execute CX Operations projects independently from requirements through completion
- Build and maintain scalable workflows within ChurnZero that support Customer Experience functions
- Develop and optimize onboarding playbooks, escalation paths, and proactive customer outreach frameworks
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate business processes into effective system workflows
- Provide regular project updates and communicate progress, risks, and questions to stakeholders
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and operational efficiency across CX
- Support other short-term CX Operations and ChurnZero initiatives as needed
- 1+ year of hands-on ChurnZero administration experience
- Prior experience working in a Customer Experience / Customer Success Operations function
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute projects with minimal oversight
- Experience building workflows, playbooks, automations, or processes within ChurnZero
- Strong understanding of Customer Success processes and operational best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a short-term, project-focused environment
