TLDR

Analyze and integrate complex biological and multi-omics datasets using AI/ML for space and global biomedicine research.

The incumbent will provide part-time computational biology and bioinformatics support to the Trivedi Institute, with an initial focus on analysis and integration of complex biological and multi-omics datasets. Her work will include applying AI/ML and other computational methods to space and global biomedicine research, supporting ongoing computational projects, and helping develop analytical approaches and research outputs in coordination with the Institute’s scientific team.

PhD in Bioengineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience.
