Utilization: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a Leadership Development Program Manager to join a client engagement, embedded within the client's L&D/HR team to run their leadership development programs end to end. This is a program management role: you'll coordinate facilitators, coaches, vendors, and stakeholders across the full program lifecycle, and bring broader talent management experience to support the client's performance cycle and related initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Own the coordination and delivery of the client's leadership development programs, from scheduling and logistics through evaluation and close-out.

• Serve as the main point of contact for participants, facilitators, coaches, and client stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal and external facilitators, coaches, and vendors on content, timing, and materials for each cohort.

• Manage program communications, track budgets and timelines, and flag risks early.

• Maintain program data in the LMS/talent platform and report on program KPIs to client sponsors.

• Support the client's annual performance management cycle and broader talent management initiatives, including competency frameworks, career pathing, and internal mobility.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of program management experience in leadership development and/or talent management, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, including vendor and facilitator management.

• Working knowledge of talent management practices such as succession planning, competency modeling, or performance reviews.

• Experience with an LMS or talent management platform, with comfort in reporting and data analysis.

• Strong stakeholder management, writing, and communication skills in English.

• Comfort operating within a client-embedded delivery model.
