Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Analyst to join our growing team in New York City!

If you're interested in starting a career in Customer Success, this is a great place to start it. You'll help institutional real estate firms get the most out of Dealpath by building the configurations that shape how they run their deals. Your work frees up our CSMs to spend their time with customers.

The Customer Success team is supportive and collaborative, and they'll be with you as your career grows. You'll build the experience to move into roles like Customer Success Manager, and you'll have a real path to get there at Dealpath.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Jump in on platform questions and support requests so customers can keep moving on their deals
  • Develop deep product expertise and become the person customers and teammates turn to
  • Work with CSMs, Product, and Engineering to spot patterns, then turn them into automation and new features

We're excited that you have:

  • A puzzle-solving streak: you like working out how to build something and breaking a big request into clear steps
  • A product mindset: you enjoy learning new software and getting good at it
  • Easy communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Fresh ideas for serving customers and improving how the Customer Success team works
  • Resourcefulness and a willingness to try new approaches to challenging problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Internship experience in commercial real estate, SaaS, customer success, AI, or data is preferred, especially in a customer facing role
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to senior leaders
  • Empathy for customers and a passion for helping them
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Asana, Salesforce, Jira, and SQL, plus hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work faster and smarter
  • Interest in a long-term career in Customer Success
  • Prior internship experience supporting Customer Success or Go-to-Market teams
