TLDR
Analyze and interpret genomics data across bulk RNA seq, single cell seq, and spatial transcriptomics using R, Python, and UNIX.
This position's responsibilities include analysis and interpretation of genomics data such as bulk RNA seq, Single cell seq and spatial transcriptomics. Skills required include R, Python, UNIX, high throughput computing, and excellent verbal and written communication. Experience using ML and AI methodologies is plus.
Bachelor's degree is required.
