Dealing Officer - Forex/CFD Trading Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Dealing Officer to execute and monitor client trading transactions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order execution, monitoring market movements and trading risks, and maintaining smooth trading operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

1. Execute and monitor client trading orders accurately and promptly.
2. Ensure all orders are processed according to established procedures and service standards.
3. Monitor market movements, client trading activities, and potential trading risks.
4. Identify and promptly escalate unusual transactions, pricing issues, or execution discrepancies.
5. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams on trading-related matters.
6. Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare relevant trading reports.
7. Ensure all dealing activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
8. Perform other dealing and trading operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dealing, brokerage, trading operations, or financial services.
2. Good understanding of trading workflows and order execution processes.
3. Familiarity with MT4, MT5, or similar trading platforms.
4. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness.
7. Able to work effectively under pressure and manage time-sensitive transactions.
8. Able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams.

Language Requirements

• Good working proficiency in English is preferred.
• Able to understand trading-related terminology and documentation in English.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams in both written and spoken English.

Additional Advantages

• WPB certification or relevant professional certification.
• Experience in forex, CFD, futures, derivatives, or online brokerage.
• Experience monitoring trading exposure, price feeds, liquidity, or execution risks.
• Knowledge of relevant financial market regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a regulated brokerage environment.

Working Conditions

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and time-sensitive trading environment.
• Must be able to monitor trading activities continuously during assigned shifts.
• May be required to work outside standard business hours, depending on market operating hours.
• Must be able to respond promptly to trading incidents and operational issues.
