Equipment Recovery Technician
TLDR
Performs asset recovery by collecting customer-owned equipment, delivering service, and coordinating with management using mobile work-order software.
Job Description:
- Collect equipment provided by Vexus (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from previous customers.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Commute to customer’s residence to collect equipment.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary.
- Communicate with the General Manager at all times.
- Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.
