TLDR
Maintain machines across Windows, macOS, and Linux while supporting Zoom Rooms, user access, hardware, software, and IT compliance.
- Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure all machines are running the latest software and security updates.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide technical support for end-users as needed.
- User Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of hardware and software access.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of deployments, configurations, and user access. Document any issues and resolutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and IT standards.
- Proven experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proven experience with meeting room systems and hardware equipment (like Zoom Rooms).Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience with user lifecycle management and handling terminations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
