Founding Product Designer

About the Role

This is a founding design role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an agentic integration platform, where specialized AI agents handle the full lifecycle of enterprise integrations. You will own design end-to-end across the product and brand, working directly with the CPO and setting the design language every future hire builds on. This role matters because your taste and craft will define how people and AI agents work together inside a product used by technical enterprise teams.

What You'll Do

• Design the agentic UX: the interface where people and coding agents collaborate to build integrations together.

• Design the platform UX: deploys, runtime, observability, and logs for the mini-cloud integrations run on, inspired by tools like Vercel or Railway.

• Implement and ship production frontend directly in React and TypeScript, with no handoffs.

• Establish the design language and UX patterns that every future designer and engineer will build on.

• Own the brand alongside the product, from visual identity through to shipped UI.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of product design experience with a portfolio of exceptional shipped work that demonstrates craft and taste.

• Proficiency implementing production frontend in React and TypeScript, not just Figma deliverables.

• Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products for developer or enterprise audiences.

• Familiarity with agentic or human-computer interaction patterns is a strong plus.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment.

• Figma and Tailwind CSS experience is a natural fit for this stack.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
