Job Description

FP&A Analyst:

Join Philips as an FP&A Analyst supporting our manufacturing organization through financial planning, investment management, and business performance analysis. In this role, you will help drive data-based decision making by providing financial insights across productivity, capital investments, and plant operations.


Your role:

  • Support business decision-making through Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and financial insights for key stakeholders within the manufacturing organization.

  • Manage and monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, including participation in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and quarterly investment forecasts.

  • Partner closely with manufacturing stakeholders on investment and asset-related topics to support effective financial planning and resource allocation.

  • Analyze productivity performance and provide financial recommendations that help improve operational and business results.

  • Support plant benefit budgeting activities and collaborate with global team members.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.

  • You have experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.

  • You have experience supporting capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, investment tracking, or related financial processes.

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.

  • You are comfortable communicating in English and working with stakeholders across different geographies.
