As a Space Chimp Freelance Wordpress Developer, you will work directly with companies to help them achieve their goals. You must be up to date with evolving Developer best practices and have experience implementing successful strategies. You must have experience working directly with customers and delivering amazing work.
Key Qualifications
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Ability to architect enterprise Wordpress solutions including data, display, and information architecture
- Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Wordpress Plugins.
- Experience creating custom Wordpress plugins.
- Experience building responsive websites using Wordpress CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Wordpress theme architecture
- Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
