Full Stack Engineer - Remediation Agent
TLDR
Architect the frontend interaction layer for an autonomous agent, making remediation fixes transparent and reviewable.
Most of your time (around 70%) will be spent in React and TypeScript. You will architect the interaction layer for an autonomous agent. You will build the feedback loops that turn developer actions into telemetry, and design interfaces that help users safely orchestrate agentic executions.
The remaining 30% is spent on the Agent Core. You will work with the backend to ensure our agent's suggestions are valid, performant, and aligned with our architectural blueprints. You will modify existing Java and Python services to improve agentic logic and performance, validate pipelines, drive architectural alignment, and ensure reliability and scalability of the features you work on.
You will work directly alongside a dedicated product manager and UX designer.
4+ years of experience building web applications with React and TypeScript while writing clean, reliable code.
Comfortable navigating Java and Python codebases to support new frontend features.
Practical understanding of Git workflows, PR experiences, and platform integrations like GitHub or GitLab.
A clear focus on developer experience. You know how developers review code and what makes a tool feel helpful rather than intrusive.
You have a data-driven mindset. You care about the "Why." You want to build telemetry pipelines that distinguish between "Bad UX" and "Bad Code," focusing on the metrics that matter.
Experience or interest in 'Human-in-the-loop' systems and agentic workflows.
Strong opinion on the 'Verification Debt'. You understand that AI generation is easy, but verifying that it's correct (via tests, AST analysis, or gated PRs) is the real engineering challenge.
Previous work on developer tooling, CI/CD platforms, or user interfaces for AI workflows.
Experience with a Cloud Platform like AWS or GCP.
