Full-Time Shop Technician

This isn’t transactional retail; it’s about connecting people to the right gear, providing expert ski, snowboard, and bike services, and creating a reason to come back. 

The ideal candidate should have a passion for outdoor activities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Requirements

Shop experience and extensive knowledge of shop equipment required. Ability to maintain rental equipment as well as customer work. Ability to delegate tasks and workload to another shop tech. Winter specific knowledge of tuning, base and edge repair, etc. Bike knowledge is preferred though not required.
