- Identify potentials throughout the company to create data-driven business value
- Ensure compliance of the Data Tribe’s activities with engineering guidelines
- Work out data management & data governance guidelines
- Consulting on data-driven way of working in the Data Tribe and beyond
- Leading the Data Tribe and be a mentor and coach for the corresponding Team Leads
- Be the Data Protection Coordinator for the Engineering Department
- As part of the Data team, manages data infrastructure and analytics, ensuring data governance, integrity and supporting ICT operations
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics or similar field
- Excellent knowledge in data science & machine learning models
- Excellent knowledge in data-driven business applications
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Several years of data project management experience
- Several years of people management experience
- Excellent English communication skills
