Merkle|Sokrati, India’s leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for Talent Acquistion Interns who will be a part of our Human Resources team. This resource will assist us in the Hiring process and help us make the Recruitment experience better.

What do we want from this resource?

• Coordinate with candidates for Interview schedule

• Internal follow-ups and coordination to make sure, we deliver the best candidate/ interview experience.

• Work on Applicant Tracking System

 Who can be this person?

• He/ She has keen interest in Recruitment

• He/ She is an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels

• He/ She has high energy levels, self-motivated, positive attitude

• He/ She possess the capacity to remain focused with task at hand as well as multi-tasking

• He/ She has a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

Good to have

• Educational background in HR (BBA/MBA)

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Sourcing avenues

• Any prior experience into Recruitments.
