IT Project Manager (m/f/x)
TLDR
Lead end-to-end IT projects across software, infrastructure, and financial teams while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initial concept and scoping through to successful deployment and post-launch review.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, system architects, QA testers, and financial analysts.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve potential risks or roadblocks.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all IT initiatives strictly comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of proven project management experience, specifically within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure deployments.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
