IT Project Manager (Remote)

And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
2. Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
3. Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
4. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
5. Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
6. Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
7. Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
8. Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
• Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
• Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 89,000
