 Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews);
• Coaching hiring managers on skills required for recruitment;
• Preparing or updating employment metrics and reports related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating;
• Maintaining current sourcing relationships and developing new sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in recruitment environment.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with Technology Professionals and Hiring managers to maintain a positive and successful work environment.
• Familiarity with various recruiting techniques & applicant tracking tools.
• Good negotiating skills coupled with an ability to close offers with candidates.
• Can do attitude and willingness to go an extra mile.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Salary: 1300-2400 eur/month gross
