Java Software Engineer

We are now looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Java) with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices
- Code reviews and ensuring code quality
- Support and mentoring of junior team members
- Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams
- Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning
- Coordination of technical matters across different teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development with Java
- Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+)
- Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
- Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
- Good knowledge of Git
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Very good command of English

- Experience in the banking or financial sector
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Good knowledge of modern software development practices
