Junior DevOps/SysAdmin (m/f/d)

Our partner is looking for a Junior DevOps/SysAdmin (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a full-time permanent, hybrid position in Munich, Germany.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the configuration and operation of Linux-based systems and work closely with developers to scale infrastructure in a growing environment.
- Contribute to the maintenance and automation of server setups using Saltstack and help evolve internal DevOps processes.
- Implement and improve backup, monitoring, and deployment strategies across the rental car business unit.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline system configurations and continuous integration workflows.
Required qualifications:
- Initial hands-on experience in system administration with Debian Linux and familiarity with rollout tools like Saltstack, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Working knowledge of shell scripting, Nginx, PHP-FPM, and MySQL (including replication and backup strategies); basic understanding of network infrastructure.
- Interested in technologies like Elasticsearch, Redis, and containerized deployment using Docker.
- German (C1); English (B2).
