Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position relies heavily on interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to recruit best suitable candidates for the vacant role of entrée-level positions. Responsible for the administration of the recruitment procedure. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws.

• Coordinate and manage recruitment projects
• Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants
• Receive and manage job applications
• Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools
• Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business
• Support TA team where needed to
• Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service
• Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures related to Recruitment

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment
• Incomplete higher education, preferable business administration, psychology or other related field
• Expertise in labor market, recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews, tests etc.)
• Personal competencies: self-driven, excellent time management and prioritization, and organization skills
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
• Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team and grow in the role
