Lead AI Engineer

This role is with DiMuto a startup supported by SGInnovate.

DiMuto is a trade technology service championing Collaborative Commerce. We provide end-to-end supply chain visibility for global businesses, ensuring the traceability and trackability of business documents, goods and services with every transaction on our platform.

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial AI engineer. The successful candidate will spearhead DiMuto’s key AI projects and turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Key projects will include:

• Enabling technology to understand the quality of goods (fruits such as apple, oranges, grapes, etc) and deriving models based on key variables.
• Machine learning to gain insights to the financial health of companies to aid financing the companies with alternative credit scores.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary data sources
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Combine models through ensemble modeling
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

• AWS
• Machine learning framework such as Spark, Tensorflow, Sci-kit Learn
• MySQL
