Lead Mobile Engineer

Who we’re looking for

We are hiring a Lead Mobile Engineer to join a team building a new mobile wallet for Hyperliquid.

You will take ownership of the mobile app from architecture decisions to production delivery, working closely with backend and product teams.

You will

• Build and maintain a mobile-first trading application (React Native, but open to discussion)

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architecture

• Work on wallet integrations (connect, sign transactions, manage assets)

• Ensure smooth interaction with backend services and blockchain data

• Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers

• Take ownership of features from idea to production and post-release improvements

• Maintain high code quality, testing, and release processes

What we expect

• 4+ years of proven experience in mobile development, including strong experience with React Native

• Proven experience delivering production apps, preferably for both iOS and Android

• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization

• Experience working with APIs and real-time data

• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a distributed team

• Experience with new product launching is a big advantage

• Experience working with trading apps would be a plus

• Experience working with crypto wallets / Web3 integrations would be a plus

• Good communication skills and English (B2+), proactive and flexible approach
