Learning & Enablement Associate

TLDR

Create training materials, translate complex processes into practical guides, and support employee onboarding across teams.

Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand training needs and create content that supports team objectives and business processes.
  • Help translate complex information, policies, and processes into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training materials.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing learning resources and assisting with training initiatives for new joiners.
  • Keep training content accurate, relevant, and up to date as processes and business needs evolve.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources, training processes, and employee development initiatives across Namaa.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
