Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of a production line, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Supervises production personnel, assigns tasks, monitors performance indicators, and ensures adherence to production schedules.
Provides support in troubleshooting operational issues, line changeovers, process documentation, and regulatory compliance, while promoting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
