What You’ll Do:

• Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, products, and equipment

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Develop, test, and validate engineering solutions

• Troubleshoot production and technical issues with practical, data-driven solutions

• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field)

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
