Mid Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer

At Tecspal, we're pushing the boundaries of how global teams connect through cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. With our own existing platform and several new projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for a talented Fullstack Developer experienced in TypeScript to join our team. We understand that “fullstack” can mean a lot, and everyone has their areas of expertise. However, as a small dev team in a growing startup, we need someone who can confidently work across the stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development. At the moment our needs are more backend-heavy. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and NestJS.
• Develop robust APIs, including GraphQL, to power our platform and upcoming projects.
• Lead smaller projects, taking ownership from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features, from ideation to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
• Debug and optimize both frontend and backend applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, working with TypeScript.
• Proven experience with React/Next.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in backend development with NestJS or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
• Ability to lead smaller projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
