Role Overview
To support the design, development, and scaling of our in-house operations platform and broader enterprise systems.
This role will play a critical part in building and maintaining a business-critical mobile application for field asset management and data collection and API-driven services, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned to real-world operational needs across global markets.
You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders, contributing to architecture, development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, engaging with stakeholders, and solving practical business challenges through technology.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications and backend services
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support mobile-first functionality
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with product owners, operations teams, and leadership
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack
- Provide accurate timelines and estimates for development work
- Maintain clear documentation for systems and processes
- Continuously improve tools, systems, and workflows
- Support broader IT and systems initiatives as the platform evolves
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in mobile development, with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart
- 3+ years’ experience in backend development using C# and ASP.NET
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs in production environments
- Solid understanding of SQL/relational databases
- Experience with Entity Framework Core (or similar ORM tools)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar)
- Proficiency using Git-based version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience engaging directly with stakeholders and gathering requirements
- Clear and effective communication skills
Your experience will include
- Experience building offline-first mobile applications
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
- Familiarity with TypeScript or modern JavaScript
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based environments
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working across global or distributed teams
