Process Engineer
TLDR
Maintain FMEA, process flowcharts, SOPs, technical specifications, and BOMs while resolving production issues and improving yield.
1、负责工艺文件的编写维护：FMEA、工艺流程图、SOP、技术规范、产品制造的BOM清单等；
2、负责解决实际生产过程中的工艺和质量异常问题，采用分析工具查实原因并预防纠正；
3、负责工艺维护及改进：工序之间平衡分析、工艺优化、良率提升、成本降低等；
4、负责对工艺调整验证后的结构组织评审、跟进确定结果的执行；
5、负责外来图纸及工艺文件的评审；
6、参加新合同的工艺评审；
7、负责其他相关工作：员工培训，技能认证等；
