Process Engineer | TLT PCB

In this role, you will:

• Analyse PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing technologies;
• Assess the technical capabilities of manufacturing equipment;
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, prepare process documentation, and collaborate with other departments;
• Implement new processes in production;
• Analyse manufacturing process non-conformities, develop and coordinate preventive action plans, and prepare problem-solving plans;
• Monitor process performance indicators;
• Test new materials and improve manufacturing methods;
• Cooperate with equipment and material suppliers;
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving quality, increasing production capacity, reducing costs, and enhancing products.

What we expect from you:

• A higher education degree in physics, technology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field. Experience with laser technologies would be a significant advantage;
• Experience in a similar role;
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use it effectively for process optimisation;
• The ability to read technical documentation and prepare clear, easy-to-understand instructions;
• English language skills sufficient for effective communication with suppliers and an international team—at least B2 level;
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while confidently making independent decisions;
• Initiative, strong organisational skills, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Salary

We value each employee’s contribution and experience. Therefore, we offer a competitive salary reflecting your skills and competencies.

The salary for this position ranges from EUR 16 to EUR 25 per hour (approximately EUR 2,688–4,200 per month) gross, depending on your experience and competencies.
