ProdOps Engineer

We’re looking for a ProdOps Engineer to join our Production Handling team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring stability, reliability, and an exceptional experience for our business clients.

🕒 Working schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 13:00–22:00 (late shift)

Why this role matters: You’ll combine technical operations and client support, helping our teams deliver seamless product performance while keeping clients informed and happy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Production Operations, Technical/Application Support, or similar role.

• Experienced with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Cloud Monitoring, etc.), including setting up alerts and dashboards.

• Proven ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues, collecting logs, reproducing issues, and identifying root causes.

• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Comfortable writing SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis on relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What you’ll do:

• Incident Management: Own and lead incidents end-to-end with minimal supervision, coordinating with clients, R&D, Product, and Delivery teams.

• Client Support: Be the main point of contact for our business clients, providing timely and accurate answers to product-related questions and operational issues.

• Monitoring & Prevention: Proactively monitor service health, detect early performance issues, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

• Technical Assistance: Guide technical teams in collecting logs, reproducing issues, and identifying root causes.

• Process Improvement: Drive improvements to operational workflows based on feedback and incident analysis.

• On-call Support: Participate in scheduled on-call shifts as needed.

• Knowledge Sharing: Support IT and business teams in rolling out processes, procedures, and operational best practices, and help onboard and mentor junior team members.

📍 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (for collaboration), 2 days remote (for flexibility)
Working hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 13:00–22:00.
