Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

About the Role

This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform startup, where you'll own features end-to-end — from technical design through to user-facing delivery. You'll work closely with product and design leadership to shape AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end product features spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.

• Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.

• Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.

• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.

• Participate in rotating Support Engineer cycles, working directly with customers and the customer support team.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end from concept to production in a full-stack environment.

• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

• Comfortable collaborating with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to influence product direction.

• Experience participating in customer support rotations or engaging with customers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field; strong CS fundamentals are expected.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €66,000 – €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires full-time, in-person presence; fully remote arrangements are not offered.
