Product Manager
TLDR
Own and lead the development of a brand-new cancer-diagnosis AI product from market analysis to launch, reporting to the CTO in a fast-growing startup.

Qritive is a Singapore-based startup with a mission to make cancer diagnosis fast, accurate, and affordable. Qritive’s solutions solve the problems faced by pathology labs due to a critical shortage of pathologists and the realities of the post-COVID-19 world. Qritive specialises in building AI algorithms for analysis of histopathology samples critical for cancer diagnosis. Qritive is certified for ISO 13485, which ensures the quality of their medical devices for clinical use., have autonomy and product ownership, and care deeply about user experience.
Join a fast-growing diverse team of AI experts, software engineers, and medical doctors to own and lead the development of a brand-new product, all the way from market analysis and inception to launch. You’ll be at the center of a team consisting of the CTO, engineering team, and marketing and commercialization teams, and will plan and drive the entire product lifecycle. Requirements:
- Prior professional product management experience
- Prior experience with market analysis
- Comfortable with spending time with end users and conducting effective user surveys
- Comfortable with building products from scratch and dealing with ambiguity
- Experienced in SaaS products
- Experienced in leading a product design team
- Comfortable with working remotely (most of the time) and cloud-based product management tools
- Comfortable with coordinating and communicating with diverse teams
- Great at stakeholder management
Bonus Skills:
- Familiar with healthcare products and healthcare market
- Familiar with healthcare regulations and standards
- Familiar with AI and AI-based products, in particular, image analysis and computer vision
- Familiar with medical imaging technologies
Other Details:
- The role reports directly to the CTO
- Day-to-day activities can be completed entirely remotely but a time zone closer to Singapore time is preferred. You may also access our offices if you prefer to work on-site from time to time
