We are looking for a proactive communicator and technically skilled Project Execution Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of customer projects after the order. This will start with a customer kickoff meeting to align expectations, support on integration questions, installation, startup and commissioning. In the meantime, you ensure the equipment is delivered on time and the project is carried out within scope and to the highest quality standards. You support the customer during performance validation – and the warranty period.
About the job
As a Project Execution Engineer, you are responsible for the full execution of customer projects and for ensuring contractual commitments are met. Your scope includes technical coordination, planning, cost control, supply chain and resource management, site supervision, and troubleshooting during the warranty period.
Single point of contact for the customer
Product type: Centrifugal Separation Equipment
Design, communicate, and implement a time plan for completing the project.
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation.
Create- and manage a punch list together with the customer
Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example engineering, technical) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Select and manage the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Project supervise on site and participation in commissioning and start up together with internal or external service engineer.
Trouble shooting management during warranty period.
Your profile
We are looking for a strong (young) talent with technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You have a mature, professional approach to managing complex projects. You also possess:
A technical education, such as a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a similar field.
Experience in a similar role within a commercial technical environment.
Project management experience is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A natural ability to build relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain oversight in dynamic environments.
