Project Manager

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

You will join the team building our new mid-market analytics platform, coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and QA. You will help turn product priorities into organized execution, keeping teams aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring important work moves forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through delivery

• Work with Product and Engineering to translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables

• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and make sure they are addressed early

• Facilitate planning meetings, status updates, and other project ceremonies

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, risks, and important decisions

• Coordinate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and QA teams

• Help teams maintain realistic timelines while balancing changing priorities

• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, and delivery processes

• Maintain project documentation, decisions, and action items in appropriate collaboration tools

• Support post-project reviews and help turn lessons learned into improvements for future work

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a technology or software environment

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and software development projects

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility into deadlines and dependencies

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable identifying risks, raising concerns, and following up on unresolved issues

• Practical understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile ways of working

• Able to work independently while keeping distributed teams aligned

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products

• Experience with analytics, data, or business intelligence projects

• Scrum Master, Agile, or project management certification

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tools

• Experience coordinating remote or distributed engineering teams

• Basic understanding of software development, QA, and release processes

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation will be determined based on experience, project management expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Salary Range: 85,000 - 115,000 USD (gross, annually)
