QA Supervisor

To assist in site quality management system/ customer quality standard requirements

• To review relevant standard operating procedures or work instructions
• To attend to customer feedback
• To investigate into shipment or products quality issues
• To monitor and file calibration certificates of monitoring & measuring equipment
• Conduct regular inspection and review of all work process
•  Assist in internal audit and external audit
• Responsible for sensory test and implementing sensory program with application on statistical sensory analysis tools
• Responsible for lab analysis
• Possess good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• To assist QA Executive on all matters/ projects from time to time

Requirement

• Minimum diploma in Food Science
•  Relevant experience in ISO/ HACCP/ QC/ Sensory experience in food industry
• Good communication skill (English is a must, Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Able to have critical thinking skill in managing quality issue
• Ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues with strong influence, diplomacy and partnering skills to grow relationship and establish rapport
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Able to station in cold environment of ~12degC (Cold room jacket will be provided)
