We are inviting a Recruiter to join us in helping international companies grow in Lithuania by reducing our clients’ time-to-hire by building a strong tech talent pipeline and promoting their employer brand.

What would you do?

• Conduct market research;
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on client needs;
• Source potential candidates and conduct interviews;
• Develop a sustainable candidate pipeline;
• Report to clients about recruitment status;
• Build long-term client relationships.

What should you know?

• Experience as an IT Recruiter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist is a big plus;
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats is preferred;
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
