Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Ashby)
Coordinate logistics for virtual interviews, including calendar management, video conferencing setup, and last-minute rescheduling
Support other recruiting operations tasks as needed, such as offer letter prep, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially calendar management via Outlook
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ashby experience strongly preferred; experience with other major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) also considered
