Recruitment Adviser
TLDR
Build talent communities and data-driven hiring strategies to attract engineering talent and optimize processes for global scalability.
Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.
Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.
Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities.
Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent.
Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market.
Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.
Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
3+ years driving full-cycle recruitment and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Advanced or fluent English for global collaboration, alongside fluent Portuguese.
Deep understanding of the São Paulo talent landscape, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to look beyond traditional job boards to build long-term pipelines and vibrant talent communities.
Strong track record of using recruitment metrics to advise hiring managers on talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and process optimization.

This is a hybrid position located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not fully remote (minimum 3 days at office). You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocation
