Redhat Linux Trainer - Freelance
TLDR
Designs training materials and manuals for users and admins, develops online content, delivers product process training, conducts group sessions, and assesses learning while guiding change.
Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators
Develop on-line training material
Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process) i.e. on the
application and on the new context
Facilitate training for groups of between 5 – 20 people
Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired (develop training
assessments as necessary)
Manages resistance to change
