About the Role

At Nu, we believe that financial systems should work for people — not the other way around. To keep that promise, we need to meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance in everything we do.

As a Regulatory Solutions Analyst on the Regulatory Reports & Demands team, you'll play a key role in keeping Nu Mexico fully compliant with the requirements of Banxico, CNBV, and Condusef. Working alongside the Regulatory Reporting Officer, you'll help validate reports, support audits, and ensure our internal policies keep pace with a constantly evolving regulatory landscape.

This is a role for someone who finds meaning in getting the details right — and who knows that accuracy in regulatory reporting is what allows us to serve millions of customers with confidence. You'll also help identify where our processes can be sharper and more efficient, bringing Nu's signature problem-solving mindset to compliance work.

You'll be responsible for

  • Validate regulatory reports to ensure full compliance with applicable frameworks, including CUB and Banxico-CNBV-Condusef requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, assessing their impact on Nu's operations and reporting obligations, and translating updates into clear, actionable steps for the team.
  • Review and update internal policies and procedures related to regulatory reports whenever regulations evolve or when new products and services are launched that affect reporting.
  • Lead preparation for audits by regulatory bodies, making sure reports are complete and accurate and that all demands related to customer file validation are properly addressed.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting processes, driving greater efficiency without compromising compliance quality.
  • Align team tasks and priorities with the Business Unit's strategy, ensuring the most critical regulatory commitments always receive the right level of attention.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make clear-headed decisions about what needs attention first, even under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present regulatory information clearly to different audiences.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to partner effectively across legal, finance, product, and operations teams.
